Update on X3M routing

A small update in the quest for analysing and improving the routing for x3mservers. We've found at least one major problem in finland and after dozens of mails to the company in question we finally got an answer from them.

Let's just hope they fix this soon.

In the mean time, since AboveNet has been quite rude in other emails and communication with finnish clients of x3m, we've also informed x3m's ISP leaseweb about the current situation and asking them for a solution as well.

To be continued.
