Starcraft 2 Cup

There have been plans for making a Crossfire Starcraft 2 league but we want to start off with a 1-day-cup first, to see how many people are willing to join and if there is enough interest among us. In the future there will be more bigger and more well out thoughed cups by CroatiaFrozz and other Europe Elite SC2 pro's



Cup date: Thursday 19th May 2011, 19:00 GMT+1
Format: Depending on how many players - All rounds BO3, Semi-finals BO5 en finals BO7

- MLG Xel'Naga Caverns
- MLG Metalopolis
- Tal'Darim Altar LE
- MLG The Shattered Temple
- Shakura's Plateau (Blizzard version)
- MLG Scrap Station
- GSL Terminus RE

Each round will have a different neutral map - After that loser picks map.
Maps CANT be picked twices.

How to sign up?
PM me your battlenet ID, battlenet Code, race and league.
You can sign up 'til Thursday 00:00[/u]!

Rules:
8 / 16 / 32 Players.
All the player must idle in #sc2.et
All players must idle in the blizzard chatchannel sc2.et
NO spectators are allowed unless admin
Players which face each other have to arrange their own match withing 15 min after the start of the cup. Any problems? > mIRC
If a player doesn't show for 15 minutes, they will be disqualified.
All will be played on the EU-battlenet (Sorry for NA players)
Winner of each match pm's me the score so i can update the bracket
Brackets will be up Thursday during the morning

Since there were more sign ups then 16 but less then 32 it was impossible to make a full bracket - But because we wanted to let everyone play we did it like this. The players which signed up AFTER the 16th automatically play an extra round, the other 4 players were randomly picked. The rest of the bracket was made pure randomly.
