edges are unsmooth and flashing

edges from straight lines in et are soooo unsmooth in my et, when i stand still they are smooth but when i move my mouse or move in general they become unsmooth.

so when i walk through a map, and i really pay attention at the edges i see them flickering a bit and it annoys me.

is it just something in my cfg what let this occur or a graphic card setting or so?
