Improved Railgun mapscripts

I made 3 mapscripts, all include Ragnar's 6 Axis tower spawns script and mortis' oil tank exploit fix. I made the following changes:

All:
- fixed missing sound: "railgun_axis_capture_depot" -> "railgun_axis_depot_capture

"railgun" mapscript:
- MG at Depot Yard removed and Flag moved to its place

"railgun_fastertrain" mapscript:
- MG at Depot Yard removed and Flag moved to its place
- 25% faster train, from 200 to 250

"railgun_slowertrain" mapscript:
- MG at Depot Yard removed and Flag moved to its place
- 25% slower train, from 200 to 150
- Allies cannot move the train back (train_enable_allies)

Yes, Railgun is still a shitmap, but an improved shitmap now.

Update: I made 3 more changes:

1. https://gist.github.com/x0rnn/aaf3402bc09835f2f8cac15f18dd874a - this is railgun_fastertrain above with Axis Tower Spawn set default so Axis can attack faster when Allies have Depot Yard

2. https://gist.github.com/x0rnn/6bcc8986eddb9bd5c96df9640ce4f1b0 - Same as 1. but also added Allied Bunker Spawn (2 players) when Axis have Depot Yard, this is so Axis focus more on objective instead of camp in bunker

3. https://gist.github.com/x0rnn/2f83cdedf5dba475f59d42d5deaabeb1 - Same as 2. but Allies also cannot move the first train back, this is to make railgun more fast-paced and prevent full-holds

To use these 3 with default train speed just find and replace all lines "250 wait" to "200 wait"
